CRITICAL INFORMATION REGARDING PLATFORM PROTOCOLS, SECURITY STANDARDS, AND TRANSACTION LOGIC. REVIEW ALL DOCUMENTATION BEFORE ENGAGING IN MARKET ACTIVITIES.
1. Access & Authentication
Black Ops Market Access functions as the designated verification node and directory for the BlackOps Market ecosystem. We maintain signed mirrors, educational resources, and uptime status indicators. Our primary directive is to provide a clean, verifiable entry point to the marketplace infrastructure, mitigating the risks of man-in-the-middle attacks through rigorous PGP signature validation.
Access is strictly limited to the Tor Network. Follow these protocols:
- Download and install the Tor Browser from the official project site.
- Disable JavaScript (set Security Level to 'Safest').
- Copy a verified V3 onion link from our Links page.
- Verify the site's PGP signature before login.
Clearnet browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge) are incompatible with .onion routing and expose your IP address.
Pretty Good Privacy (PGP) is non-negotiable for operational security. It serves two critical functions:
1. Encryption: Ensures all sensitive communications (addresses, tracking info) are readable only by the intended recipient, protecting data even in the event of server seizure.
2. Authentication: PGP 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) is enforced on login to prevent account takeovers via password brute-forcing.

2. Financial Protocols (Monero)
Bitcoin (BTC) is a transparent ledger; all transactions are permanently traceable. Monero (XMR) is the only cryptocurrency offering fungibility and privacy by default via Ring Signatures, RingCT, and Stealth Addresses. To protect user anonymity and platform integrity, BlackOps Market exclusively processes XMR.
BlackOps utilizes a standard escrow mechanism. When an order is placed, funds are deducted from the buyer's wallet and held in a multi-signature platform wallet. Funds are released to the vendor only when:
A) The buyer manually finalizes the order upon receipt.
B) The auto-finalize timer expires (typically 14 days).
C) A dispute is resolved in the vendor's favor by staff.

Finalize Early (FE) is a privilege granted to vendors with exceptional track records (verified sales > 300, feedback > 4.9/5.0). FE allows the vendor to access funds immediately upon marking an order as 'Shipped'. Buyers waive escrow protection on FE listings. Proceed with caution and only use FE with established vendors you trust.
3. Vendor & Platform Policies
Vendor status requires a non-refundable bond payment (values fluctuate with market rates) to deter scammers. Applicants undergo a vetting process reviewing cross-market reputation and PGP identity. We strictly prohibit the sale of weapons, explosives, poisons, and CP. Violation results in immediate termination and blacklisting.
Disputes are mediated by platform staff. If an order does not arrive or differs significantly from the description, the buyer may open a dispute before the escrow timer expires. Both parties must submit evidence (shipping logs, photos, communication history). Decisions made by the administration are final.
Tor Hidden Services are susceptible to network congestion and DDoS attacks. BlackOps Market maintains a distributed network of mirrors. If the primary link is unresponsive, consult the Mirrors Page for alternative access points. Always verify the PGP signature of any new mirror before entering credentials.
Further Assistance
If your inquiry is not addressed in this knowledge base, registered users may open a support ticket within the marketplace. For account recovery issues where login is impossible, consult the signed canary messages on major community forums. We do not offer support via clearnet channels.
